The establishments are solely responsible for the offers and services they perform within the Program, with MADRID DESTINO remaining outside the provision of the service and/or sale of product made by the collaborating establishment and without MADRID DESTINO acquiring any type of responsibility for this.

In order to benefit from the program’s offers and discounts it is necessary to provide your name, surname(s), e-mail and tax identity or passport number through a web form, which will be incorporated in a file owned by MADRID DESTINO, with address in Madrid, calle Conde Duque 9-11, 28015, and, solely and exclusively for said purpose, which includes the sending of advertising, commercial and informative information on it, the available promotions, offers and discounts, and the offer in leisure, shopping, art and culture, nightlife and gastronomy."
